Product Characteristics

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a general term for a class of water-soluble high molecular polymers. According to ionic type, it can be divided into cationic, anionic and non-ionic types. It features excellent water solubility and controllable molecular weight with remarkable flocculation performance. Through adsorption, bridging and charge neutralization effects, it realizes functions such as solid-liquid separation, sedimentation and clarification. Its ionic type and molecular weight can be customized according to application scenarios. Different from acrylamide monomer, PAM has high stability and low toxicity, meeting the refined demands of multiple industries.

Applications

• Water Treatment: Flocculation of municipal and industrial wastewater, drinking water purification, and sludge dewatering; it removes impurities and heavy metals to achieve standard discharge or water reuse.

• Petroleum Exploitation: Used as drilling fluid additive, enhanced oil recovery agent for tertiary oil recovery, and produced water treatment agent; it ensures drilling safety and improves crude oil recovery rate.

• Papermaking Industry: Applied for retention and drainage aid, paper strength improvement, and pulp impurity trapping, so as to increase papermaking efficiency and paper quality.

• Other Fields: Used for thickening, bonding and antistatic purposes in daily chemical products; agricultural soil water retention; clarification in food processing; thickening and bonding for construction glue.

Package&Storage

25 kg per bag, and other customized packaging as required by customers.

Store it in sealed and cool condition, avoid contacting with strong oxidants. Storage period is one year.
