Application property
This chemical is able to improve protection composed by strong cations in emulsion provided by AKD. It greatly limits hydrolysis and migration aptitude of AKD and promotes curing time of AKD. It can act as cation hydrophilic group in waste paper deinking agent as it is easy to be absorbed to the surface of ink particles. And it is hydrophobic, so that it can improve absorption between ink particles and bubbles. With this chemical, whiteness of paper pulp after bleaching is higher.
Recommended Dosage
About 15-20kg curing accelerant shall be added in I ton AKD emulsion. Detailed dosage can adjust according to the samples.
Package&Storage
50kg 125kg per PE Drum or IBC.
Store in sealed and dark condition. avoid contacting strong oxidants, storage period is one year at normal temperature.
